Need advice on an '82 240 wagon 200 1982

I have a family member who needs a car. I have come across an '82 240 wagon. It has 166K showing, and is said to run out well. Right now it is really dirty, and has some surface rust in places - but what the heck - it is only 695.00. Inside is OK for so old a car.
Body is straight - hood is really stiff opening and closing (springs and hinges need lube).

Any real pitfalls here to watch for? I know rust is a problem in the floors, so I will look really hard there.
