Oetike Clamps 900

Greetings,

Are there any special tools for the intake manifold sleeves clamps (aks Oetike, constant tension clamps)? If so what is it?

Are any way of working around them and avoid messing with them while replacing the intake manifold gasket? Any tips will be appreciated.
