'93 940T shimmies between 55 & 58 mph 900

Hi all, I picked up by brother-in-law's 1993 940Turbo (134,000 miles), tire size 195/65 R15. It runs great though it pulls a little to the right, and there is a light shimmy (shaking) between 55 & 58 mph, which happens to be the speed I normally drive on my route to work. He said that he had checked it out at Sam's Warehouse (where he got his tires), and they said something was wrong with one or all of his wheels (which could also cause the pulling to the right), but they couldn't fix it.

Does this make sense? How can I pick up decently priced new or used wheels? Tirerack.com only lists two wheels for this car and they run ~ $100 each.

There is also a broken lens on the inside, one of the smaller ones on the dome light, as well as a broken speaker grill on the right front door. Can these be picked up easily anywhere, or do I need to call around to the junkyards?

One last thing, it has heated leather seats, but the heating part of it doesn't work. I haven't had a chance to check out the fuses (just picked it up over the weekend, have been busy since), but one of the switches doesn't "click", it just sort of moves back and forth. Any ideas on that? I'll go through the fuses tomorrow.

Thanks!
