Checking Fuel Cutoff

Hi Lads,

1988 Volvo 760 B230FT.........

There was a response in a previous post about checking my fuel cutoff after I had increased the boost pressure on my car. I am doing a pretty consistent 9 psi at WOT and I am concerned that I may run lean. I don't believe I am but I would like to be certain.
What is the test for checking your fuel cutoff?

As an addition to that question, what have others done fuel delivery wise that has helped once the boost has been increased.
