What type tranny for '89 240 automatic 200

The boneyard has two types of trannys available for'89 240 "with" and "without crank sensor". Which one is right? Also they want about $300. Is this a good price and is it buyer beware with regard to milage etc. ? My OD is out and doesn't seem to be relay, solenoid or wiring. Flushed it with no change. Just shot I guess at 130,000K.
