Spark plugs for '89 760TI .... NGK BPR5EY 700 1989

I picked up some NGK plugs for the '89 760TI. When I got home, I thought the number was a little strange -- BPR5EY. I checked the NGK website and this is one of the plugs they recommend for this model and year.

Posted here I see more references to the BPR7ES or BPR6ES for use in turbos and in fact the BPR6ES is recommended by NGK for other years of the same engine. I am a little confused.

I think in the NGK numbering scheme, the BPR5 will be a hotter plug. Has anybody been using the BPR5EY with success.
