vacuum lines 200 1990

I have a vacuum line problem with my 240 DL. It started with the recirc button, when It`s not pushed in there is a vacuum leak sound. To-day I noticed that the button to feed the air to foot area will not stay depressed. When you hold it in there is the same hissing sound. And one more thing the cruise control isn`t working and wondered if that could be tied in with the same vacuum leak. With the cruise control I replaced the switch but that wasn`t the problem. Thanks for the help,
