Ignition lock cylinder results 700

For all of you that experience the broken key in the lock of a 740GL with a locked steering wheel. The cost of a generic lock cylinder with two keys is approximately $180.00. The labor to grind or drill out a "locked" lock cylinder is about $200 by a very reputable Volvo mechanic (3 hours labor). Total of about $400.00. So..... if a locksmith can't fish it out....and the wheel's locked.....and the key remnant is in the off position...$$$Cha Ching.
