Oil being sprayed out through top of dipstick - what's clogged? 200

I just purchased a 1983 240 sedan that had sat for a while. When the engine runs, oil is being lightly sprayed out through the top of the dipstick! I am assuming that it may have something to do with the engine's crankcase ventilation, perhaps something is clogged. Any ideas?
