rough start 900 1994

my 94 940 turbo has a rough start that is more irritating than inconvenient.
for the first thirty seconds it runs rough -- like not on all cylinders or bad gas, then it smooths out and there are no more rough starts the remainder of the day. only the first morning start. the fuel pump looks pretty new and i have replaced all tune-up components.
