What is this part connected to throttle body? 700

Hunting down idle problem found that there was a leak/crack in plastic housing where crankcase ventilation hose meets plastic housing connected to TB. If you trace where the big hose from flame trap attaches to intake, that junction is busted. What part is this that the hose attaches to? This "housing" is plastic attched to metal TB. Thanks for any info. and assitance.
