Mirror(glass) is loose.How to Fix 200

Hey Guys -
Here's my situation. Drivers' side mirror (the actual glass, not the mirror assembly) is loose. At highway speed, I get a rear view that's vibrating.
QUESTION: How do I get to the back of the glass in order to re-glue it. OR -maybe there are attachment screws that need tightening(I don't know).
