Pinion gears, ring gears . .oh my 120-130

Hi all, , Does anyone have a source for buying a pinion gear/ring gear set for a rear end on the '67 122 wagon? my car has a whirring noise under acceleration, the previous owner mentioned the teeth in the gear are probably broken off. Rather than go through the expense of removing the rear and replacing it, i thought this might be the cheaper route. Any info would be appreciated.
