16 Valve Head on an 8 Valve car? 200

I thought I saw somewhere that a 850 had a 16 valve head on the 230. I was thinking, is it interchangeable with my 230? IS there such a thing as 1 cam dual over head valves (1 cam for double the amount of valves)? Does anyone know the hp rating on the other head? Wonder if it would be a good performance upgrade....
