Correct Bolt For Rear Differential Fill? 200 1990

Hey Bricksters -
I've got a leaky(very small) rear axle differential seemingly coming from the refill plug. I think I've seen references here where there's an included washer, but in fact mine has none. Also, the bolt shaft diameter is larger than the bolt head itself. Does this sound like the correct bolt? Here's a half-ass pictorial:

If this is incorrect bolt; where might you guys suggest I get a replacement?
