Aftermarket stereo problem 700 1989

I just installed a Pioneer DEH-P6400 in the wagon '89 740 gle and I'm now getting a whistling noise and a buzz when the engine is running. Sounds like some sort of feedback. Anybody know about this? Who's got the solution? Thanks in advance-
