IPD Vs Turbo Sway Bars 200

Hello I am about to put my 1989 245 (Matilda) for "The Works" , and was wondering if anyone had any input as to how much of an improvement Turbo Sedan Sway Bars (23 mm front/ 21mm rear) would be over stock.

I had a set of the IPD's on my 745t in the past and loved them, but the 245 is a budget project (I am only planning on adding an additional 200,000 miles or so to it).

Anyone have a spare set of turbo sedan sway's reasonable? Or for that matter a set of the IPD's?

I just got a set of the strut tower braces, and all suspension bushings, front, and rear along with strut tower bushings, ball joints, and tie rod ends will be done at the same time as well as a new set of shocks and struts, and I will also be recycling the rear overload springs from my soon to be departed 1988 245 (Christine).

Would the improvement of the Turbo Sedan Sway's be sufficient or should I pop for the more expensive IPD's.

Thank you all for your attention.
