Electric system protection prior to arc welding trailer hitch? 700 1991

Howdy, I don't want to fry any electrical components when my trailer hitch gets welded, so I thought it prudent to poll the brickboard.

Aside from disconnecting the negative battery terminal, do I need to disconnect the fuel injection, ignition and ABS ECUs individually or can I protect these circuits by removing their fuses from the main fuse panel? Anything else I should disconnect?

Thanks a bunch.
