Hi everyone,

I'm considering the purchase of a '89 740 16 valve. The owner tells me that the timing belt broke and it did some valve damage. He claims to have had the engine redone and it is fine now. The body is excellent and for $ 700 it seems like a good buy. Any thoughts?
