The 1996 Volvo 960 Wagon was purchased around a year ago with 98k on the clock, now at 108k. Nothing wrong with the car, well-maintained. Around the very back of the engine valve cover area is a little thing, metal, sort of round, that has always been a little wet, not enough to drip, just the black coating. Now, 10k miles later, the little wet coating has moved up onto the valve cover and occasionally after a long run on the highway you can smell oil on the exhaust. Any ideas? Best case scenario-worst?
Thanks
