What Is This Electronic Box Under Drivers' Seat Carpet? 200 1990

Hey Guys -
Unit is about 5" rear of fwd/aft seat adjusting bar. It's about 4" X 4". Couldn't tell its' depth; seems to be in recessed area. Too large to be a relay I would think. Last 4 digits, If I recall corectly, was 021.
