HELP!!!!!!NO TURN SIGNALS NO HAZARDS BUT MOST IMPORTANT....NO CIG LIGHTER... 200 1982

Hello all,
I just recently got a 1982gl turbo. It has had several electronic probs already and im getting ticked...first Thanks everyone for the good information about the fuel relay..It would'nt start sometimes and after reading several threads here I was able to track down the problem with the fuel relay..All i had to do was Brush some condensation rust out of the inside and it starts everytime now...So Thanks again for that help...

Problem #1)I do not have any turn signals at all.I have replaced all the bulbs and checked for proper contact to the (electric Paper...LOL)circut board thingy in the back all seems good...And there is no Tick tocking at all and no directional arrows or anything from inside the car.

Problem #2)I do not have any hazards and I do not know how to take off the center console dash piece to get behind the switch...Does it come off?..(it is wiggly and doesnt seem to be screwed on...hmmm)

Problem #3)The Lighter doesnt work either but good news...No one has smoked in the car...LoL...also there is a a/c dial or something for the a/c on same panel and it seems to work...

I didnt have a voltmeter when I was going over the car in the Dark..and therefore had to leave it with family 60miles away due to No Turn signals and NO CONFIDENCE IN VOLVOS...After reading about the wiring horrors here...LOL

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED....

P.S. ANYONE GOT A WIRING DIAGRAM THAT I CAN GET AND DOWNLOAD OR PRINT OFF???
