164 oil suggestions 140-160 1974

Hey all. I am pulling the 164 out of winter storage shortly. If spring ever decides to really come to the north east (Pittsburgh). I am going to change the oil before I start her up. I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions on what type of oil to use. Anybody have anything they really like in their 164, anything to stay away from? I already got a Mann filter, wouldn't use anything else on the 240 or 164. I can't wait to drive this car. I have missed it all winter. Thanks for the suggestions.
