88' volvo 240 dl-5 speed-214,000 miles. sounds like power steering belt, but.... 200

When I am driving my car and it is in gear it is making a squealing noise like a power steering belt sounds like, when it needs to be adjusted . When the clutch pushed in there is not a sqealing noise. So I am trying to figure out what this noise could be. I usually only drive the car 7 minutes to work and 7 minutes back so i am not sure if this only happens when the engine is still cold or when the engine is warmed up too.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
