Poly bushings on FCP 200

It appears that FCP is now offering all 240 bushings in poly, both front and rear. I think maybe they're made by Superflex in the UK? Has anyone used these? Do they adversely affect ride stiffness? What about noise?

How is installation? I noticed that some say you must reuse the old housings/shells. I've never done bushings before so I don't know how easy it'll be to reuse these housings. I know the strut rod bushings on my wife's 740 were a mess and had to be pried out piece by piece.

I'm about to start the rescue of this 242 in my yard and I'm starting with suspension and brakes. I don't need the car right now so I've got a chance to kind of do everything right from the beginning. I'd really like to make it handle crisply but I will be doing a good bit of straight line highway cruising on occasion so I don't want to deal with lots of extra noise/vibration. Unless the handling benefit outweighs the noise penalty. :^) In that case I'll just have to put in a better stereo!

Thanks
Don
