Fault codes 113,231,221. Car running a little funky.

Im loosing a little power(and its pinging(87 octane fuel). At idle after its warm the idle is weird. rum, rum, rum, rum, rum, rum, rum. It makes that rum sound at about 1/2 second intervals.
Fault codes 113, 231, and 221 are set. The 231, and 221 have been setting for a long time. The 113 just began.

Any help would surely be appreciated.
