condensation? dripping from headliner 200 1989

'89 240 wagon - it has the vinyl headliner.

With all the rain the past week, I get a dribble of water (maybe a few tablespoons) out the low corner of the headliner at the front when I brake, like it sloshes forward. I have had this occasionally before, but I don't see any posts here about it. I don't think the windshield leaks because this drip would be coming from higher than the top of it. Is it condensation?

It’s annoying because it drips onto the edge of the seat.

Any ideas? How to fix?
