Just got my car back from the shop, and within days, my steering became tight making turns.
I noticed the drivebelt was slack due to a loose power steering pump/reservior. It rocks up and down on a hinge-type bolt. When it is in an upright, parallel position, the belt is at a proper tension. When it drops down on one side, the pulley goes with the whole P/S assembly, so the belt goes slack.
I uploaded some images to aid my description...

Basically, it looks to my novice eyes that something's missing.

Should I just tighten the hinge-type bolts on the one side, and hope it doesn't rock again? Does something actually go here, or am I just clueless? (which is a very distinct possibility)
