Replacing oil separator / breather box on 1983 240 - gaskets??? 200 1983

I just got a new box to replace my clogged oil seperator / breather box on my 1983 240 (approx 200k). What gaskets / seals / O-rings to I need for it? The shop manual says something about a hose under one of the ports, but my year theoretically does not have it.

Thanks again to all you brickheads!

P.S. My 3 yr old son thinks my car is cool.
