Switching engines 200 1988

I am looking at swithing the "engine" from one 88 244 DL Sedan to my 88 244 DL Wagon. (both currently have B230F engines)
Why? One has a bad tranny, the other a bad block. Trying to make a whole.
My couple quick questions are:
If I wanted to have a shop do this, any idea on cost?
If I do on my own, any key points or suggestions?
