Question about removing cat and primary Muffler 200

posted by  someone claiming to be 240 Owner on  Thu Apr 8 05:52 CST 2004 [RELATED]

By removing the car and the primary muffler will it improve performance on the 240 or take power. Some engines require a certain amount of backpressure so want to make sure if its o.k. to remove both parts to add better exhaust flow.
