where/how do 3rd seat, 3 point seat belts install????????? 700 1992

Howdy, I have a 740 wagon, and just purchased a used 3rd seat for the back cargo area. I have a set of 3 point seat belts that came with it. I know one end with the retractor is mount to the pillar post, the latch end goes in the middle of the seat, connected to the floor..........but the other end of the lap part of the belt, where does this attach to?????? It has a hole for a bolt, but I cannot find any location on the floor of the cargo area for it to attach to...any ideas?????? thanks.
