Good / Bad Years for 240's??? 200

I have been following this board closely for about 2 weeks (since I got my beloved 83 240) and have seen a lot of comments that certain years are better than others for the 240 series. What are the good and bad years (for both NA and Turbo) and why??

Thanks, just curious.
