Installing Transmission 200 1984

The linkage between the shifter and the transmission disconnected and I drop the transmission out fixed the xconnection and replaced the clutch. The problem I'm having is putting the transmission back in. I'm jacking it back up but I'm running into clearance problems. Are there any tricks I should know to get the transmission back in?

The car is a 1984 240 Wagon with the 4 speed manual and OD.
