TD05H-16G twin fin

I'm offered a 4000miles old td05 off a subaru impreza for USD155 by a fellow malaysian here. he says it spools at 3800rpm on his impreza. so how bad will it perform on a B200ft? An as-it-is condition TD04HL-15G costs more than this TD05 even... So what should it be?
I'm going to be installin a Unichip piggyback soon after upgrading the turbo. Taking that into consideration, what would you guys go for?

Help me please!!! i'm pretty confused here.
