Bricksters-

My 89 244 has just started to act up. I drove maybe 50-60 mi. this morning, and for most of the trip, things were fine. Then i noticed the temp gauge spike up toward the red, then eventually come back down. It did this again, anf i pulled over just to check things out. Nothing strange under the hood. I've had this happen before, and changed the thermostat. Things were fine after that. Just wondering if this sounds like a thermo problem, or something else. Any advice would be much appreciated.
