I've heard many things over the years regarding cleaning engines, as I am getting ready to move an engine from one car to another, it's my turn.
What are the do's and don't on cleaning a Volvo engine (or in general)
I'm thinking spray on cleaner and hit with sprayer at car wash?
Or could pay for "so called" professional steam cleaning.
Suggestions?

And again, thanks in advance for any feedback.
