Seat Replacement 83 245 turbo 200

I want to replace the worn-out leather interior of an 83 245 turbo and was wondering if the interiors of all 240 year models are interchangeable. I really do like the headrests on the rear seat and am hoping to locate a rear seat with those on it, if I can find it in the right color. I have an interior from another 245 which is the blue cloth, but I really do want the headrests on the rear seat. Can I do this?? Any advice??? Thanks!!!
