Is there a good way to clean foglight lenses on 88 760? 700

88 760 with headlight/foglight setup. Lenses are readily available, so I got new ones. This leaves me with nice clean headlamps right next to the 16 year old, dirty foglamp lenses. Is there an easy way to clean these? Can I "bleach" them some way? Or am I stuck with decrepit foglamps? Haven't had much luck finding new replacements... Would rather clean them anyway.
