Fuel Injection Relay clicks but i dont hear fuel pump bad relay? 700 1985

thanks for your help guys ..........

i went to the troubleshooting guide .... and read to test the fuel injection relay ..by putting my finger on it while swithing the key to II ... i felt a click ...but hear no sound from the fuel pump is this a problem?
