Auto Transmission Flush OR Drain??? 900 1996

Does anyone have an opinion or experience (good or bad) around whether to do a compete transmission fluid "flush" or fluid drain? My '96 960 has 135k miles and is overdue for AT servicing. Thanks in advance!
