66 122 hood trim 120-130

Hi all. Here is my question of the day.

I am buying a 66 122s and it has some things on it that I have not seen before. I'm wondering if they are stock or...........???

First, the hood trim that runs along the center of the hood has a light in it, (missing lens of course). What is that? It fits the contour of the hood very well. Second, the grab handle is wood and looks exactly like the black platic covered ones I've seen. The ashtray face is covered in the same wood and the instrument cluster has a shroud around it made from the same wood. Is someone just very skilled or were these options you could get? This is going to be my future daily driver :)
