Has anybody used this stuff? What do you think?

I've got some areas of rust to remove on my Beige Baby and, being a poor civil servant, ain't got much dough to spend for a professional paint job. I also don't trust Maaco. (Macco, Make-Oh...however its spelled)

I know that matching will be difficult since my paint job is 20-years-old...any advice on that?
