Radio suppression relay?? 700 1988

My FI relay broke in a freak accident ( I hit it with wrench). Found another at the junk yard (Grabbed 4 of them) Now weird things happen. Two relays works for a while then engine cuts out. The other two cause engine to run fine, but I can't shut motor off, without pulling the relay. I grabbed another out of my non turbo 88 that works well and it does the same thing, engine won't shut off.
Any ideas? I'm stumped
