Seat Heater relay location & testing 900

I am trying to determine the cause of the drivers side seat heater failure, and plan to test the relay first. I understand it is located under the seat. What is the colour, location and size of it and what precautions should be taken to remove to test.

Second, once removed, ugins a volt/ohm metre, how should I test it and what readings are considered mornal.

Let me know guys, my wife will drive me crazy till I fix it
