Windsheild replacement 200

Just got a quote of $125 noname glass $225 pilkington glass done in their shop. He also said that they remove the old chrome molding and custom make one that is flush like the later models. Is this reasonable price and thing to do? I ruled out a junk yard windsheild due to pits. One other concern is a glass shop doesn't allow for any touch up of rust spots. I've gone around the edges lifting the molding and can't see any.
