960 1997 Coolant Leak 900

Hi All,
I have a coolant leak on my 960 1997 (130K) since February. That time the temperature in CT was around 0 F. After inspecting my car, I saw a few drops of coolant around the water pump. So, I decided to replace the water pump together with t-belt, tensioner, all pulleys (it was due anyway), and upper/lower radiator hoses. I also inspected the other hoses, connections, the radiator. Everything seemed to be fine. But, the leak is still there and I don't know where it's coming from. Please look at the pic, the area with the red arrows is always wet. Does anyone have any clue what might cause the leak?
