can i paint my wheel all black or a certain color? 200

I have the stock wheels on my 82 kjet. Is it possible to paint these wheels a certain color. Any paints out there specifically for this purpose? THey do have a bit of rust on them...so i'd probably por 15 them then paint over?

One idea is to pain them all black, another idea is to paint them yellow(cars color)

Any ideas woudl be appreciated. thanks
