Advice for a newbie in North Carolina? 140-160

I've got a 1972 164e with outstanding original paint, no rust, and only a few tiny nicks -- one spot, on a fender, is down to the metal though, and shows rust. The color (109) is no longer available. I'm new to classic cars -- and am soliciting any advice on how to go about getting a match for such a small item...

And more generally, any recommendations for reliable garages in the triangle area? I've been pointed toward Becker's and Auto Logic in Carrboro.
