volvo 262c speakers 200 1978

I have a 1978 bertone coupe in which the speakers were replaced, and the door trim had a nasty hole cut in them to accomodate these. I found new replacement panels, but I would like to find some speakers that fit behind these. Do 240 door speakers fit here?
